Yachtko has three plans. Starter is $47 a month for up to 8 yachts. Growth is $97 a month for up to 22 yachts. Pro is $147 a month for unlimited yachts. Paying yearly gives two months free. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited staff.

No. Yachtko is a flat monthly subscription. It takes nothing from any charter you sell, whether that is a two-hour sunset cruise or a full-day corporate event.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. No card is needed to start.

Every active yacht in your fleet counts, whether you own it or rent it from another owner. Yachts you deactivate do not count, so you can free up a slot at any time.

No. Every plan includes unlimited staff. Owners, managers and booking staff each get their own login, and staff never see costs, margins or reports.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, as long as your active yachts fit the smaller plan.

Your account becomes read-only. You can still see every booking, customer and report, but you cannot add or change anything until the subscription is active again. Your data is not deleted when a payment lapses.

Subscriptions are billed in US dollars. Your own bookings, invoices and reports run in the currency you choose for your company. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which adds VAT where it applies.

Yes. Yearly plans cost ten months' price for twelve months: $470 for Starter, $970 for Growth and $1,470 for Pro.

The first 10 operators to subscribe keep their plan price for as long as their subscription stays active, even after prices go up.

Yachtko creates PDF invoices with your logo, numbering and bank details. It is not an accredited e-invoicing provider, so it does not submit structured e-invoices under the UAE e-invoicing system being phased in over 2026 and 2027.
